LEAD TIMES, SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Lead Times
All of our items are handmade to order meaning you will receive a truly unique product made just for you. We therefore ask our customers to allow up to 5 weeks from the order confirmation date for your items to be dispatched.
We always aim to ship sooner whenever we can, but this window allows us the time to order any required materials while still enabling us to give your product the time and attention it deserves.

Covid-19 & Industrial Action
Ongoing industrial action across all Royal Mail functions, combined with the ongoing effects of Covid-19, may cause some delays within the postal services, both in the UK and overseas. We ask you to remain patient and understanding during these difficult times, and allow for any such delays.
You can follow the available Services during Industrial Action here, and can also check here for any International Incidents reported by Royal Mail.
