We hope you love your Barnabjorn products as much as we love designing and making them for you! However, we also understand that sometimes things don't quite go to plan.
We always want you to be completely satisfied with your order, so please do get in touch by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions or concerns about your specific items. We will do our best to put right any issues as quickly as we can.
We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at email@example.com quoting your original order number and the item you wish to return.
We’ll let you know if your request is accepted, and send you instructions on where to send your package. We will not cover the cost of return postage, except in the case of a faulty item.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please check that you are happy with your order as soon as you receive it and get in touch straight away if the item is damaged, or in the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item.
If the item and packaging is damaged upon delivery, please send us photos of the damaged packaging so we can follow up with our couriers.
Certain items cannot be returned unless faulty, such as custom-made products including all custom colour selections and personalised items.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and checked your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund, and for it to show in your account.
Please note, we do not offer exchanges.
